Optional target data per line item: weld groups that every component of the position inherits.

EN 1090 in the order

Execution-related checks from EN 1090-2 as rule data – as warnings, never as a lock.

  • Waiting time before supplementary NDT for steel, with snapshot in the protocol

Nonconformity register

Nonconformities on the component – from the NDT finding or reported manually.

  • Decision by the coordinator: repair, rework, accept with deviation or scrap
  • Closing only with evidence, e.g. an accepted re-inspection
  • Repair counter with warning for aluminium

NDT protocol wizard (VT, PT, MT)

One protocol per component with a section per method.

  • Defect list with position and photo
  • Acceptance criteria chosen by the inspector (ISO 5817 levels B, C, D) – no automatic assessment
  • Works offline; signature on the tablet and four-eyes release, then immutable
  • Re-inspection after repair creates a new version

QR labels

Printable labels for components, equipment and people.

  • QR code holds only a random, revocable token – no data
  • Opens the detail view after login and tenant check
  • Scan with the tablet camera

Quality under ISO 3834

Standard & quality level per order

Application standard EN 1090-2, EN 1090-3 or other, execution class and ISO 3834 level as decided by the designer.

  • Proposal of the standard for comparison, a lower level with optional reason
  • Order checklist: ISO 14731 tasks plus the ISO 3834 elements of the level
  • Aluminium under ISO 9606-2

The company-wide ISO 3834 elements, independent of orders.

  • Ending with reason, correction by replacement – nothing gets overwritten

ISO 3834 and EN 1090 certificates with scope and expiry.

  • Warning when an order asks for more than the certificate covers
  • Next surveillance audit with reminder
  • Note “inform the certification body if needed” on relevant changes, e.g. a new coordinator
