Self-hosted: on your own server with Docker Compose – database, object storage and app as containers

Row-level security in PostgreSQL on every table
Roles for coordinator, welder, inspector and administrator
Passwords stored with Argon2id; single sign-on prepared
Sessions can be revoked centrally

Who did what, when – and what it looked like before.

Immutable audit trail from the first record
Versions instead of overwriting, soft deletion instead of erasure
Original documents with SHA-256 hash
Released protocols stored as PDF plus raw data with object lock

Rules & AI

Transparent where it matters.

Validity rules are versioned data with source and version, approved by welding specialists
Every result names the rule it is based on
AI import is optional, can run on local models, and nothing counts until a person confirms it
