Privacy policy

This is a translation for convenience; the German version is legally binding.

2. In short

  • This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools.
  • Fonts and all other content are served from our own server, not by third parties.
  • We only process personal data in server log files and when you write to us.

3. Server log files

When you visit the website, our web server automatically stores: IP address, date and time, requested address, amount of data transferred, status code, referrer and browser identification. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after 14 days unless they are needed to investigate a security incident.

4. Contact by e-mail

If you write to us, we process your details to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual requests, otherwise (f)). We delete the data once the request has been handled and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. The Seamtrail application

The application at my.seamtrail.app is covered by its own privacy notice and – for customers – a data processing agreement.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
